The easiest way to deal with EmissionTest is to make sure all of your vehicles smog equipment is in place and Working properly, and that your engine is Tuned up and runnimg good. You miust not have any  DTCs. This mean no check engine or service engine soon lights.This is an automatic failure on the Emission Test. Also all Monitors must be ready. Don't try the unplug the battery trick because your monitors will not be ready. This will lead to automatic rejection due to unready monitors.
